And the theme for Dutch Design Week 2024 is… REAL UNREAL. Don’t believe everything you think and step into a world full of new perspectives. At DDW 2024 Manifestations Agnes will show the Cellulite dress.

Cellulite consists of unique designs made from biowaste and residual materials, making a powerful statement against the cultural development of man as a makeable object, excessive clothing consumption and waste by people.

Agnes van Dijk, fashion artist, creates enchanting designs that transcend the boundaries of traditional fashion. Her designs, inspired by the beauty of nature. They are characterized by innovative use of materials, refined details and a deep respect for the environment. Van Dijk strives to create designs that are not only visually enchanting, but also carry a deeper meaning: they tell stories about our connection with nature, the impact of our choices on the planet and the power of human creativity to create beauty from unexpected sources.

She was previously nominated for the Cultuurprijs Eindhoven (2019) and the Green Concept Award (2023)
