And the theme for  Dutch Design Week 2025 is… You shape the future of design. Don’t believe everything you think and step into a world full of new perspectives. In an era dominated by fast fashion and feasibility, Agnes van Dijk challenges you with a radical alternative.

At DDW 2025, she will show sustainable fashion art made from organic materials. She creates enchanting designs that transcend the boundaries of traditional fashion. Her designs, inspired by the beauty of nature, are characterized by innovative use of materials, refined details and a deep respect for the environment. Van Dijk strives to create designs that are not only visually enchanting, but also carry a deeper meaning. The designs tell stories about our connection with nature, the impact of our choices on the planet and the power of human creativity to create beauty from unexpected sources. She was previously nominated for the Cultuurprijs Eindhoven (2019) and the Green Concept Award (2023).

DDW25 Manifestations takes place on the eighth floor of the Veemgebouw on Strijp-S, entrance East side of the building. Manifestations is the inspiring center of art, design, innovation and technology for nine days. Not just for tech experts and insiders: everyone is welcome here, from young to old, to get to know the future.
